Event: Food Truck Festival!!

Hello Everyone, how are you all doing? I hope very well! So we are approaching summer the time when everyone wants to hit the beach, catch up with friends doing different activities since they have been busy working all winter. In some cases, some towns put together events that bring out people just to unwind, relax, eat and be merry and in this case, I had the opportunity of attending a food truck festival hosted at the Woodbridge Mall, New Jersey last week, it was a three-day event.
I went on the first day on the first day along with my sister and I was wowed, this is my first time attending such type of event. there were different food trucks selling all kind of street food, like tacos, hamburgers, loaded fries, corns, funnel cakes, cotton candy, hotdogs, lobster dishes, waffles, empanadas etc Supposedly there were to be about 30 food trucks serving but it didn't look like it was up to that amount, however, i wouldn't be sure if that amount included junk food they served that day as well.
My first meal at the event, spicy pork taco and the other was shrimp taco. Am not really a big fan of tacos but I did justice to this meal. I loved the spicy pork tacos but hated the shrimp taco, it lacked seasoning or taste.
Ever since I got to the event I have been eyeing this roasted corn, not only because of its size (it was huge) but because I love corn in general. I love the fact that the corn is supposed to be roasted but doesn't look it, hey its America things are changing. You get to season your corn however you want it, I choose to spray butter and salt...Simplicity is key
overall the event great, I think it brought people out of the house because I and my sister kept running into people from high school that we hadn't seen in years. I look forward to more events like this, this summer and many summers to come.
